What are the dimensions for posters in regular (not "Recent Topics")
sessions?
Dimensions
for posters in all regular sessions are 4' tall and 8' wide (occupying all of a
4' x 8' bulletin board).

What are the dimensions for posters for the "Recent Topics" session?
Dimensions
for Recent Topics are half as wide as those for the regular session, or 4' tall
and 4' wide (half of a 4' x 8' bulletin board).
3.
How can I attach the poster to the board?
Posters
can be attached to the bulletin boards with push pins or velcro. Although
limited supplies of push pins will be available on site, many people will be
mounting posters at the same time. You may wish to bring your own mounting
supplies to avoid possible frustration!
4.
Where and when can I display my poster?
Poster
'set up' time is Monday, July 28, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. ALL posters
will be in the same room at the conference. To look up your poster number,
confer with the list of posters (128k.pdf)
for Botany 2003.

When do I need to remove my poster?
Poster
'take down' time is Wednesday, July 30, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. No one
associated with Botany 2003 is responsible for any poster materials remaining
after 5:30 pm on Wednesday, July 30.

When do poster presenters need to be available to answer questions?
There
will be a single, conference-wide Poster Sessions for all societies scheduled
for Tuesday, July 29, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm (Session 24).

What if I have not yet been assigned a poster number/location?
Recent
Topics poster submissions have not been assigned poster numbers, as the deadline
for submissions have just closed. When poster numbers are assigned, Jeff Osborn
will either be in touch before the meeting with that information or it will be
available at the registration area.
